I'm on island time but here's a quick post featuring this Madewell dress. I love this dress because it can be styled as both a skirt or a dress itself. When at work, I like to wear it with the chambray just so no bra straps might expose, but it's great both ways! Wishing you all a great Labor Day weekend.
